Meet Our Artists

Resident Artist and Owner
Taylor Irelan
Taylor, also known as "Tatted Ken Doll", has been tattooing since 2023. Prior to being a tattoo artist, he was a professional classical flutist, and has performed as a soloist and orchestral flutist around the world for over 20 years. He holds music degrees from one of the top music schools in the world, and trained with the London Symphony Orchestra. He has studied and practiced visual art his entire life, and after the pandemic drastically changed the music world, he entered the world of tattooing with the same drive and determination as with his music career. His favorite styles to tattoo are black and grey realism (particularly movie characters, animals, and pinups), illustrative black and grey, neo-traditional, and bold colorful "nerdy" pieces (bring on the cartoon and anime fandoms!), though you will often catch him doing other styles as well! Outside of tattooing, his interests are drag (Kylie Fortissimo is his drag alter ego), doll collecting, volleyball (plays on Steel City and Stonewall leagues), racing cars, and reality competition shows (Survivor, Traitors, Love Island, Drag Race, etc!).

Resident Paramedical Tattoo Artist
Natasha Fialkov
Natasha Fialkov’s journey into paramedical tattooing began at the intersection of art and care. With a background in both fine art and respiratory therapy, she spent years working in healthcare—caring for patients during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. But after developing carpal tunnel, she found herself at a crossroads.

She didn’t want to return to the cold, clinical world that often left people feeling more like charts than humans. Instead, she envisioned something different: a space where art could meet empathy. Where every tattoo would be a collaboration. Where healing could be both physical and emotional.

That vision became Luxe Paramedical—a studio built on compassion, creativity, and real human connection. Today, Natasha uses her artistic skill and medical knowledge to help people reclaim their bodies and their stories—one mark at a time.
